The Brew House Kit is an entirely new concept in homebrewing. Until now,
most homemade beer has been made with concentrated malt extract syrup.
The Brew House Kit produces all-grain microbrew style beer with the convenience
of a kit. Brewed from fresh grain and hops, it is pure all-grain wort,
made the same way as commercial microbrewed beers. Gentle handling preserves
the delicate aromas and flavours. Crisp Pilsner, rich pale ale, malty
Munich dark lager, full flavoured cream ale, luscious stout and even an
incredibly light North American lager all show brilliant character. Come
down to The Brewers Wort, and pick one up today!
Canadian
Light Lager
Styles and History:
Cool and refreshing, try the newest favorite from Brew House: Light Canadian
Lager. Our Light Canadian Lager is a crisp, easy to drink beer with a
lower alcohol level to bring out the freshness and aroma profile of a
true to style all-grain beer.
Red Ale
Styles and History:
Stylistically positioned between a German Alt Beer and the Oktoberfest,
our red ale is copper red in colour. It has a pronounced crisp, malty
character, with delicate hop bitterness and a pleasing floral aroma.
Blessed with all of these thirst quenching attributes, this beer is sure
to please!
Prairie Wheat
Styles and History:
Summertime is prime time for wheat beers. Brew House "Prairie Wheat"
is a light, summer thirst-quencher filled with the distinctive, refreshing
flavour of malted wheat. A Canadian version of the classic German wheat
beers, it leans towards the "clean and crisp". Brewed with the
yeast included in the kit, Prairie Wheat will produce a light bodied,
clean brew, with a subtle hop character, and it is a perfect beer with
pretzels, smokies and grilled meats.
Honey Blonde Ale
Styles and History:
A refreshingly smooth, full-bodied ale with a touch of all natural honey
to create a slightly sweet finish. Golden in colour, with a rich, soft
and round palate, we use pure clover honey to balance the satisfying ale
character. It pairs extremely well with classic summer fare, such as cold
fruit or fresh leaf lettuce salads but also has the resilience to stand
up to most strongly flavoured foods like char-grilled meats and pizzas.
American
Premium Lager
Styles and History:
A relative newcomer, lager became common in the 19th century. Now it's
the most popular beer around. Our take on this favourite is a refreshing,
straw-coloured lager with a subtle aroma.
Food and Social:
This light, easy-drinking beer is ideal with hot dogs, pizza, hamburgers,
steak and salads. Gather your friends around the barbeque on a hot summer
afternoon and enjoy this refreshing premium beer.
