Selection Estate
Series gets a Cabernet Sauvignon...
The Estate Series, with its 16 litre format, and region specific varietals
is becoming a big seller, and the newest addition to this line is already
a bestseller in its own right. Woodbridge Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon
is a hearty red wine classic that lovers of fine Cabernet hunt down
with passionate zeal the king of red grapes in all its splendid
glory. This Cab has the trademark blackcurrant and cherry flavours,
but its true triumph is the subtle weave of complex flavour compounds
that contribute to the overall experience. Oak and tannins, pepper and
spice, combining structure and rich fruit for a red wine that will dazzle
from first aroma to long elegant finish. Come on down and check out
this and the other wines in this series!
Selection International
gets two new Aussie wines...
Speaking of additions, the Selection International Series has new new
Australian wines, Australian Shiraz and Australian Chardonnay.
Australian Chardonnay is full, supple, buttery and fruity; this
golden wine delivers from start to clean, lingering finish. Australian
Shiraz is seductively delicious, with rich, ripe aromas that deliver
right through to the full, zesty finish. Amazingly, the style allows
for polished tannins early, so the young wine is not rough or harsh.
The aged version retains the core fruit flavours of plums, cherries
and blackberries, but gains extra polish. These two wines are sure to
be best sellers and a welcome addition to the Selection
International Series.
Oktoberfest is
here for a limited time...
The newest
seasonal beer in The Brew House line is Oktoberfest,
a golden/copper beer in colour with a perfect balance and complexity
which is a trademark for a beer of this style. Oktoberfest is steeped
in tradition and is typically an opportunity for the brewer to showcase
the best of his craft. Historically brewed in spring and stored in cool
caves over summer, Oktoberfest would reach its peak of flavour just
in time for the fall festival. With the advent of refrigeration, brewers
were able to brew a similar beer all year. Enjoy this German classic
while you can, its only available for a limited time!
