Estate Series
wines a big hit...
The biggest
selling new product line in 2002 for us was the Estate Series, and its
not surprizing. These 16 litre kits set a new standard in just how good
a wine kit could be. From its B.C. Chardonnay, to its latest offering,
Woodbridge Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon, this line continues to impress
us and our customers, who keep making them again and again. If you haven't
had a chance to try these kits yet, take
a look at what wines there are and get one on; by next Christmas,
you'll thank yourself!
Last Call for
Winterfest Ale...
Winterfest Ale
is almost finished its seasonal run, to be replaced by Red Ale in the
spring, so this is the last chance to make this very well recieved seasonal
ale. Deep amber to copper in colour with a big hearted body, this latest
seasonal beer is sure to be the perfect winter warmer. Hop bitterness
is apparent, but not aggressive. This beer boasts of fruity, estery
flavours and will continue to develop and mature with aging (if bottle
conditioned). Complimenting the hop character is a touch of spiciness
from cinnamon and nutmeg. The spice levels are low, but we encourage
you to add spices, herbs or sugars to your personal taste. These are
available for another month only.
