New format for sale wines...
Brew King has done it again! As you may know we offer 4 sale wines every month, two in the Vintner's Reserve line and two in the Chai Maison line. They have now added a fifth sale wine from the Vintner's Reserve Passport line! Every month you can save on what has become an extremely well recieved addition to the Vintner's Reserve line. Check out the sale Passport Series wine below, and start enjoying wines from around the world!

Sale wines for January ...
The sale wines for January in the Vintner's Reserve line are Mezza Luna White for $53.99, and Mezza Luna Red for $59.99. In the Chai Maison line, the sale wines are Chardonnay for $34.99, and Valpolicella for $36.99. Finally, in the Vintner's Reserve Passport Series line, the sale wine is Australian Riverland Reserve for $51.99

Some Limited Edition wines available...
We have very few spares of the Limited Editions available, but we do have some, so if you are interested send us an E-mail or give us a call, and we can let you know how many we have left. The buzz on these wines has been fantastic, and we think it may be the best offering in years, so get in on this program today.

Estate Series wines a big hit...
The biggest selling new product line in 2002 for us was the Estate Series, and its not surprizing. These 16 litre kits set a new standard in just how good a wine kit could be. From its B.C. Chardonnay, to its latest offering, Woodbridge Ranch 11 Cabernet Sauvignon, this line continues to impress us and our customers, who keep making them again and again. If you haven't had a chance to try these kits yet, take a look at what wines there are and get one on; by next Christmas, you'll thank yourself!

Last Call for Winterfest Ale...

Winterfest Ale is almost finished its seasonal run, to be replaced by Red Ale in the spring, so this is the last chance to make this very well recieved seasonal ale. Deep amber to copper in colour with a big hearted body, this latest seasonal beer is sure to be the perfect winter warmer. Hop bitterness is apparent, but not aggressive. This beer boasts of fruity, estery flavours and will continue to develop and mature with aging (if bottle conditioned). Complimenting the hop character is a touch of spiciness from cinnamon and nutmeg. The spice levels are low, but we encourage you to add spices, herbs or sugars to your personal taste. These are available for another month only.

Name the newsletter contest winner...

Finally, the "name the newsletter" contest has a winner, as you probably saw at the beginning of this newsletter, the winning entry was "Brew's News". Thank you all for entering, and check out the contest below for another chance to win!

Win a wine caddy ...
With a big thank you to Brew King who generously donated this prize, we are giving you a chance to win a wine caddy....check out the picture! Sorry you have to subcribe to the newsletter to win.

The coupons for January...
Sorry, you have to subscribe to the newsletter to take advantage of the coupons.

Remember that wine you had last month for Christmas that was a bit too young, and you wished you had given it a bit more time to age? Put on a kit this month or next, and make it your Christmas wine! Most of the 30 day and premium kits will be superb if put on now and aged until December. A little planning goes a long way, and the rewards will be great for the next holiday season.
