The Limited Editions deadline approaching...
Since the new Limited Editions have been announced, the response has been exceptional! We need to have our numbers to Brew King by December 1st, so give us a call, pop in, or sign up for the program online today. Remember, you don't have to order all of them, and we don't require payment until they arrive next year. January's wine is a Napa Valley Chardonnay, February's wine is a Syrah/Mourvèdre blend from the Rhône Valley in France, March offers a Riesling/Gewürztraminer blend from Washington, and the program ends big in April with a Castellina™ Super Tuscan. Check out the Limited Edition page for all the details!

Sale wines for December ...
The sale wines for December in the Vintner's Reserve line are Liebfraumilch for $51.99, and Shiraz for $57.99. In the Chai Maison line, the sale wines are Pinot Blanc for $34.99, and Blush for $36.99.

Selection Niagra Late Harvest Vidal introduced...
The Selection Spéciale line has a new kit.....Niagra Late Harvest Vidal! This kit makes 11.5 litres (15 bottles) and is increasing in popularity commercially. The Vidal produces a unique and throughly enjoyable sweet wine that can be enjoyed as an apertif or an after dinner treat. The finished product is an exquisite balance of honey, nut and apricot that dazzles on the toungue and delights on the finish. This wine style is putting Ontario on the world wine map, so come on down, and make this classic for your own cellar!

New Winterfest Ale in stock ...

We are excited about the new seasonal offering from The Brew House, Winterfest Ale. Deep amber to copper in colour with a big hearted body, this latest seasonal beer is sure to be the perfect winter warmer this Holiday season. Hop bitterness is apparent, but not aggressive. This beer boasts of fruity, estery flavours and will continue to develop and mature with aging (if bottle conditioned). Complimenting the hop character is a touch of spiciness from cinnamon and nutmeg. The spice levels are low, but we encourage you to add spices, herbs or sugars to your personal taste. These are available for a limited time only, come down to find out more.

New "Business of the Month" section ...
As an added bonus for subscribing to this newsletter, we are adding a "Business of the Month" section to the newsletter. If you have a business that has a web page, send us a description of your business, (about a paragraph long), along with your website address, and we will include it in the newsletter.

Name the newsletter contest winner...

We are keeping the "Name The Newsletter" contest running for another month, so keep sending us your suggestions for the new name of the newsletter. We will have the winner for you next month! Also, let us know what you think of the newsletter, and if you know anyone who would like to get the newsletter, send us an E-mail, and we'll add them to the mailing list.
